All inclusive resort with spacious apartments & free parking.

Most drinks were pre-mixed or boxed drinks. Room cleaning was slow & did not change sheets.

Everything in this hotel was really nice, starting from Ibrahim at the reception, till check out, I had some experience during my stay, which allowed me to rate this hotel 10/10, my child 9 years was blocked inside bedroom in our appartement, I called the reception, and they broke the door, released and changed the door immediately. We had issues with the internet during rainy night, and they fixed very quickly, all staff was very friendly, and they take care of customers during all the day. Special thanks to staff at restaurant who takes care about my wife diet "Gluten free" I will definitely came back to this hotel.

Swimming pool was quite cold, so, it will be better if they can heat it.

Excellent

Couldn't fault any aspect of our holiday. The staff, food, facilities, cleanliness it was fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone considering booking this hotel. Great for families with kids of all ages, esp for small kids though the play area and pool are great. Food was excellent quality and staff in general were so welcoming and lovely.

Exceptional

More or less everything! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Did everything they could to help my family be comfortable on our stay. Food was very nice, given the scale of the job at hand, and defo catered for all of us - salad bar, fresh meat and fish cooked in front of you, pasta dishes, pizza and garlic bread, desserts and ice creams, and themed nights with sushi or Portuguese food. Great snacks of pizza, burgers, chips and onion rings in between set meal slots. And of course drinks on tap - 0.0's in the bar for me, my wife loved the wine / cider / beers and a good coca cola range. Hard to find a fault tbh. Also, 10 min walk to Olhos de agua beach, supermarkets, 2 min walk to small shops. 7e taxi to Lidl - only needed these places for toiletries, nappies etc.

1x woman on reception had a bit of an attitude. Could be taken as rude on occasion. The rest of the staff couldn't do enough for you and were lovely, always 1 ey!

Excellent service, very welcoming staff, great entertainment for children

Lovely apartment, very sizable, great for families with young children, good baby pool and adult pool. Beach is not as close by as may seem, although if you are interested there is a beautiful big beach slightly further away.

I booked the property based on the mini aqua park but my children were out of the age range and also so were we. I wasn’t aware that the water park was for age 6-17 only. This was a major reason we went to the location as well as proximity to beach so we were a bit disappointed by the mini water park

Kids liked their stay a lot. Adults was missing normal food and coffee.

Really nice for the young kids and families. Excellent kids club and night intertainment.

Food and drinks were not good. All cocktails same taste, made from the same base… not drinkable. Soft drinks and juices are not drinkable too.

Look no further if you want the holiday of a lifetime. Perfect, even for SOLO parents!

There aren't enough words in the world to describe this place. I am a solo parent with 2 babies, 3&2. I travelled alone, so I obviously faced a few challenges, nothing, and I mean nothing was too much for this hotel or the staff. The apartment style rooms are incredibly big, high ceilings, fresh clean decor throughout, and cleaned to an exceptionally high standard daily! The Food!? What can I say? Again, this was an unbelievable service from breakfast right through to late night snacks they didn't fail to deliver. There was more than enough for everyone activity wise. The pools were spacious and kept in pristine condition. The waterpark was a huge hit with the kids, manned by a lifeguard at all times and the safest of use guidelines in place. I do not have a single bad word to say about this hotel. From as high up as the director right down to the maids and kitchen staff, no one could do enough for you and all with a huge smile on their faces. Which I believe says a lot. If the staff seem as happy and as upbeat as the holiday makers, then they're doing it right. I'd return in a heartbeat and cannot thank everyone enough for making mine and my boys experience the magical time it was.

The most amazing stay we have ever had

Where do I start? The resort itself is the most beautiful, well maintained, clean and has everything and anything you want and need. The food is unreal and there is sooo many choices every single day. Regardless of what time you go for food, there is always fresh food and they top it up all the time. Outside of breakfast /lunch/dinner you have a snack stall right next to the pool bar which is amazing, especially for the kids. The entertainment team are so nice and friendly and really good at what they are doing. There is entertainment for both kids and adults throughout the day and night (until 11pm). Apartments looks exactly like the picture and are spotless. The sea is only a 5-7 minute walk and there's plenty of restaurants, bars and shops etc really nice spot. Really great and handy that they have an ATM on site as well as cigarettes machine, self service for washing, drying, ironing clothes, gym, games room, park for kids, kids club etc I could go on and on about how amazing the place was! We had the most amazing stay with our kids and would recommend it over and over again to anyone looking for a family friendly holiday

Wonderful stay.

Just home from a short break and we had a wonderful stay. This was our 6th time staying at this hotel. The hotel is spotless. Loads of sun loungers available. Large variety of food on offer throughout the day. Staff very friendly.

Exceptional

If you have kids. This is the resort for you. It has a kids waterpark, a kids pool and a kids club almost everyone there has kids , there will be kids of all ages so you will feel right at home and your little one will have a blast. The rooms are spacious and clean . They are like the photos 100 percent. The food is great and varied , they have different themes for different nights. Even at rush hour , you won't feel the place is crowded. The staff are so friendly and nice. Osvaldo , Ibrahim were great. There were so many others but I forget their names. The resort is a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are restaurants and bars near bar but we didn't feel the need to try those as the food and drinks in the resort were great. If you want to do tours. There's a lady next to he front desk every morning who will go above and beyond to help you. She even called another company for us so she can accomodate our schedule. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to the Algarve region.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We had a fantastic stay. The evening entertainment was great. You can see they really love their job. My children loved it, particularly the Harry Potter and Disney themed evenings. Good selection of food at mealtimes. The snack bar at the pool bar had pizza, chips, hot dogs, burgers etc. constantly replenished all afternoon. The staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. They were very quick at serving drinks. Our room was light, airey and spacious. Beds very comfy. Very handy little kitchen with fridge and microwave too. 2 balconies, 1 off of the bedroom and 1 large one off of the lounge. Good range of pools to cover all ages. My children particularly loved the playground pool with slides etc. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance if you fancy a change of scene. We had a car and so drove to Vilamoura marina and Albufeira old town for dinners on a couple of evenings which were nice. Both about 10-15 mins drive away. We also walked to the beach one day, about 10 min walk from the hotel. Lovely beach with some nice little beach bars. We paid 20 euros for 2 sunbeds with some shade, but you have to arrive fairly early to get these before they fill up. Overall we had a great holiday here and will definitely be returning.

Worth every penny!

The best all inclusive food I’ve experienced, there is something for everyone. Great snack bar too. Premium drinks. Brilliant entertainment for all ages. Huge family rooms, staff where excellent and so helpful, friendly and accommodating. 30 minute transfer

Nothing for us! Everything was perfect. We travelled with our friends whose children where younger. maybe some shaded area/ indoor play area for the under 2’s that parents can utilise with their children when weather is too hot.
